FAQ's

Physicians are available 24 hours/7 days a week to assist our residents during their stay at Ivy Creek Healthcare & Wellness Centre. Physician’s also provide frequent rounds to the facility to provide resident centered care.

We accept various insurances. We are happy to run eligibility of your insurance plan upon request.

Upon admission to the facility, the resident will receive an evaluation from the rehabilitation department, who will develop a plan of care based on the individual’s condition and treatment goals.

The preferred visitation hours are from 10am- 5pm; however, the facility is flexible to ensure psychosocial needs are met accordingly.

It is recommended to bring in 3-5 days of clothing is brought into the facility.

No, but we are able to care for residents with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
